DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
Delivery Conditions:
1. Delivery Time:
The ordered service or product is delivered digitally immediately after the confirmation of the order and completion of payment by the Buyer. For physical products, the delivery time of the products is carried out within a maximum of 30 business days from the date of the order. However, this period may vary depending on the distance. Orders are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer via the shipping company.
2. Delivery Address:
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided during the order. The Seller cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address notifications. If the Buyer is not present at the specified address during delivery, the product should be collected by the Buyer from the relevant shipping branch with the notification left by the shipping company.
3. Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are specified during the order process and are included in the payment. Delivery charges may not be applied under certain campaigns and conditions.
4. Delivery Delays:
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, strike, transportation disruption, etc.). In such cases, the Buyer will be informed about the delay, and the delivery time of the products may be extended.
Return Conditions:
1. Right of Withdrawal:
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, without any reason and without any penalty. The withdrawal period starts with the delivery of the product to the Buyer or the third party specified by the Buyer. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised within this period, the Seller must be notified in writing or via email.
2. Return Procedure:
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Seller completely and undamaged, together with the original invoice, box, packaging, and all accessories. The products to be returned must be sent via the Seller’s contracted shipping company at the Buyer`'s expense.
3. Return Conditions:
Products that are unused, unopened, and in resellable condition can be returned. Products that cannot be returned include:
- Products specially produced or personalized according to the Buyer’s requests,
- Single-use products, software, programs, products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, cosmetic products, etc.).
4. Refund of Return Fee:
After the right of withdrawal is exercised and the products are returned to the Seller, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days in accordance with the payment method used during the order. The refund process begins once the products are received by the Seller without damage and in full. Refunds to credit cards may take 2-5 business days to reflect in your account due to bank processes.
5. Return Shipping Fee:
The return shipping fee for products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal is borne by the Buyer according to the law. If a defect is found in the product or service, the shipping fee will be covered by the Seller.
6. Right of Return and Exchange:
The Seller will inspect the originality and compliance with the return conditions of the product in return or exchange requests. If the conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted, and the Buyer will be informed.
